If i’m being honest, I became an acupuncturist for selfish reasons. As an athlete, I have experienced many injuries and the frustruastions that come with them. I became an acupuncturist to fix my own ailments. If I can reach it, I will needle it, if I can’t, I will seek the help of colleagues. Acupuncture is unique because you can treat more than just physical pain but emotional as well. Wellness is key to enhance performance in sport and also in life. Get your gut right, regulate your menses, get a good night sleep, manage your stress and your pain. Most of us could eat healthier, exercise better, drink more water, meditate more often, but sometimes life gets busy. Sometimes our bodies just need a little help finding balance.

I have been a; dancer, swimmer, runner, soccer player, competetivie skiier, tennis player and Crossfitter. I have been a white water kayaker and river rafting guide, a mountain bike guide, tennis captain, swim team manager, soccer coach and studied for Iyengar yoga teacher training. I am familiar with active lifestyles and the injuries associated with them. I love encouraging people and supporting them through their healing journey.

I have two teenagers daughters who play competitive soccer and aboslutely crush it in school. My husband is in law enforcement so I understand what it is like to have a high stress career. I was born and raised in Colorado, have a very large family in the area and love to cook healthy foods. My grandma told me to take care of my feet so you will often see me in sneakers and atheisure wear.

I look forward to speaking with you and helping you determine your path to wellness. I have more than twenty years experience working with chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists, creating relationships with other medical providers and learning from my patients about many, many ailments. Please feel free to reach out to me with questions on how I can help you on your wellness journey.

Sincerely,

Meagan
